9720 Park Plaza Ave 101 applied for sign permit to replace facade lettering

Marathon Health is getting new exterior lettering — Sign A Rama Downtown will replace the existing non-illuminated dimensional letters on the facade at 9720 Park Plaza Ave, Unit 101. Applicant and sign contractor Keith Watkins filed the permit for one attached, non-illuminated sign, with Fenley Suites LLC listed as the property owner, so expect a tidy new look on that storefront soon.
