1359 Bardstown Road applied for overlay review for face replacements

Helm and Honey is getting a sign face replacement at 1359 Bardstown Rd, with applicant Cynthia Brown of Signarama Dixie handling the work for property owner Maru Realty LLC. The small project, estimated at $1,592, doesn’t need new sign permits since it’s only changing faces but does require an overlay review in the Bardstown/Baxter district; the logo and copy will be illuminated while the black areas will remain non-illuminating per overlay rules.
