6101 Fern Valley Rd submitted landscape plan for PCCU bank redevelopment

Park Community Credit Union has submitted a landscape plan for the redevelopment of its site at 6101 Fern Valley Rd. Applicant Joseph Mackin of Bowman proposes a 4,635-square-foot bank building with revised parking and refreshed landscape areas on the roughly 4.39-acre commercial parcel. The application is currently listed as submitted and under review.
