7000 TRANSPORT CT submitted revised DDP to extend storage yard

Steve Dalton of ISCO Construction has submitted a revised District Development Plan for ISCO Riverport to extend the storage yard and create additional space for pipe storage at 7000 Transport Ct. The change affects an 18.53-acre industrial parcel owned by TJ Mark LLC and tweaks a previously approved warehouse/storage plan that includes roughly 110,000 square feet of building area — basically more room to stack pipe on a site already designed for industrial storage.
