Jacob Crowe has applied for a conditional use permit to change the short-term rental status at 4739 S 3rd Street from an owner-occupied rental to a non-owner-occupied short-term rental. The multi-family property is about 2,056 sq ft on 0.23 acres with two units and five lodging rooms, so the change would let the owner rent the place to guests without living on-site.
