APK Development and Construction is proposing a context-sensitive infill: a small-footprint, two-story duplex at 4138 W Broadway on a vacant lot owned by Davis Brandt. The plan (with a project value of $185,000) would create two one-bedroom units—one on the ground floor and one above—each with private entrances, a covered front porch facing Broadway, and a rear deck for the upper unit, all in keeping with the Chickasaw Historic District’s porch-oriented streetscape.
