A new Han-Dee Hugo’s #76 is coming to 423 Pleasant Dr in Durham. The city signed off on tearing down the old stuff on the lot and putting in a gas station, convenience store, canopy, gas pumps, and a dumpster enclosure.
It’s a big one, somewhere around $3.2 million, with 8,358 square feet planned.
A new bar setup is coming to 710 Rigsbee Ave in Durham, and it’s got a vinyl twist. Suite 100 is set for a first-time interior finish of a cold shell space, for drinks and listening to records, at a price tag somewhere around $512,578.
It’s 1,873 square feet, so this one is not exactly a tiny little corner project. The city signed off on it, so now the waiting game starts.
A new single-family house is going up at 6619 Craig Rd in Durham. The city signed off on it, and the project is pegged at about $493,649 for a 2,920-square-foot home.
No opening date, of course, just a new house coming to the block.
