HIGHLANDS HEALTH & REHAB CNTR has a sewage backup at 1705 Stevens Ave

The city was out to Highlands Health & Rehab Cntr at 1705 Stevens Ave, and the score came back 93.

The problem was sewage and waste water not being disposed of the right way, with a clogged drain, sewage backup, and a leak under the hand sink in the dishroom.

That one’s marked critical, so this is not the kind of mess you just shrug off.
